Your day-to-day Every day is different, but mostly you will be: Leading and coordinating the F&B team on shift to deliver personalised service for our guests? and visitors Driving brand standards and valuing our service behaviour of Daring to Connect Assisting with managing/planning rosters and absences to optimise operational efficiency with an understanding of labour cost controls/budgets Taking action to solve guest problems/complaints and use established guidelines for any service recovery to ensure guest satisfaction Recruitment, onboarding and training of all new F&B colleagues to help give them a great start Working as a team and communicate and co-ordinate with other departments to ensure excellent quality and service ?
