Your Role
You'll provide high-quality support to clients and distribution partners by processing insurance renewals, endorsements, and policy updates across a portfolio of representatives. You'll underwrite risks within your delegation, ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, and monitor the quality of submissions. Daily tasks include managing emails, coordinating post-outs, handling incoming calls, and supporting debtor follow-ups.
This 12-month maximum term role is based in Jagera Giabal and Jarowair Country (Toowoomba), working full time — Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. You'll spend your first six months in the WFI office completing supervised training and earning your ANZIIF Tier 2 General Insurance Compliance certification. Following this period, hybrid work arrangements — two days per week from home — will be offered, aligned with business requirements.

* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage priorities and maintain compliance
