ELC Leadership Position
The Early Learning Centre is a safe, supportive space offering high-quality early learning education and care for children aged six weeks to five years old.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage room staff to achieve Centre objectives and support staff development.
* Mentor permanent and casual employees in achieving their full potential.
* Implement an approved curriculum, role modelling lifelong skills and instilling a passion for learning.
* Design engaging and enjoyable lessons for individuals and small groups of children.
* Deliver consistent high-quality practice aligned with the National Quality Framework.
* Maintain accurate records for each child in care.
This is a full-time opportunity at our Torquay ELC, operating hours are 6:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Required Qualifications:
* Diploma or equivalent qualifications in Early Childhood / Children's Services.
* First Aid and CPR certification.
* Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification.
* Working with Children Card.
