Distribution Operator
Location: Tamworth, NSW

Job Overview
We are seeking a Distribution Operator to manage and maintain the water and wastewater distribution system for Tamworth Regional Council.
Key Responsibilities
* Undertake work on the water and wastewater distribution system.
* Maintain, repair and construct water and wastewater infrastructure to TRC's Minimum Engineering Standards.
* Operate a range of plant and equipment.
* Contribute to a safe and effective work environment.
Qualifications & Experience
* Certificate III in Civil Construction – Plant or equivalent, or minimum 5 years experience in a related field.
* NSW driver's licence.
* Construction Induction Card.
Skills & Attributes
* Team player with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work with minimum supervision, take initiative and learn new skills.
* Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Salary & Benefits
Grade 6 – $61,717 – 69,162 (includes market allowance plus 12% superannuation). Salary negotiable based on experience and value.
Flexible working arrangements may be considered by mutual agreement. Pre‐employment medical screening will be required.
