 
        
        Our client, an industry peak body organisation seeks a full-time permanent Office Manager/Executive Assistant to be based in their office in inner south suburb in Canberra.

Key Responsibilities include: 
Providing executive assistance and efficient operation of CEO's office including diary management and communication coordination. 
Scheduling internal and external meetings and preparation of briefs as required 
Managing travel arrangements and directing enquiries to appropriate channels. 
Office management ensuring efficiency and adherence to policies. 
Coordination of office operations and procedures, including administrative process improvements. 
General office management to support the day-to-day office functions, including managing stationery and kitchen supplies. 
Providing finance support when required 
Maintaining the CRM Database and Sharepoint, ensuring accuracy of data entry and content is kept up to date. 
Other duties as and when required. 
About You: 
Proven experience in similar role. 
Highly organised with multitasking ability and deadline management. 
Proficiency in office management and executive support. 
Tech-savvy with CRM and Microsoft Office skills. 
Robust interpersonal and communication skills. 
Proactive problem solver with autonomy. 
Confidence in stakeholder interactions.
