The Role
* We have a full-time, permanent opportunity for a Compliance Administrator to join our team based in Albany, WA.
You will assist the farm team with ensuring compliance in relation to product quality, consistency and safety. As well as undertake operations in relation to farm environmental compliance, including water and oyster sampling, WASQAP sampling and submission, food safety audits, stock assessment, routine health sampling and submission and other related parameters as required.
Key Responsibilities will include
* Compliance monitoring and record keeping for all required environment, quality and food safety documentation including MEMPs, Biosecurity Plan, HACCP and Approved Arrangement.
* Conduct regular internal audit and reporting for third parties (environmental certification, DAFF, DoH, DPIRD).
* Contribute to internal sustainability reporting.
* Maintain record keeping for vessel and AMSA requirements.
* Maintain record keeping for Aquaculture licenses and leases.
* Identify opportunity to improve processes and procedures; with a focus on efficient use of resources.
* WASQAP sampling coordination, preparation and record keeping.
* QA checks of harvest stock.
About you
* 1+ years of administration experience in similar role.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
* Initiative and problem-solving skills.
* Microsoft Office suite skills (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
* Strong verbal and written skills to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
* Class 'C' Driver's licence.
* Progressive and positive attitude.
* Pass a National Police Clearance and pre-employment medical assessment.
* Ability to adapt and deal with change and take on new responsibilities and opportunities as they arise.
* Willingness to fill in across all operational requirements when required.
