Your new role
The team at CMI Toyota West Terrace are seeking a highly motivated New Vehicle Sales Consultant on a permanent, full-time basis to join our famous, modern dealership. In this role you'll demonstrate your disciplined self-starting skillset and natural sales aptitude to achieve individual and team sales results in our busiest dealership, all whilst providing the highest level of service and an experience our customers will remember.
What you'll be doing
* Developing new business opportunities
* Nurturing leads with current and future customers
* Providing an exceptional customer experience
* Maintaining sales pipelines to achieve monthly targets and KPIs
* Remaining abreast of the latest product details as a subject matter expert
About you
* Previous sales experience in the automotive industry (highly regarded but not essential)
* Demonstrated drive and success meeting sales targets and KPIs
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach
* Strong communication skills, written and verbal
* Commercial aptitude with an ability to influence and negotiate
* Possession of a current driver's license (essential)
