Role: Consultant/ Senior Consultant at Turner & Townsend

Responsibilities
* Consult with clients in the development of their Asset Management capabilities, with a particular focus on: Asset investment planning, or Asset management maturity, or Asset data & information, and asset information software
* Deliver project work including facilitating internal and external workshops, writing reports and delivering presentations to clients, with the support of the senior team.
* Support key pursuits, and build relationships to identify business opportunities in new and existing markets.
* Support the delivery of programs through good project management practices.
* Determine and deliver effective communication strategies for clients.
* This role may include short-term travel across Australia and New Zealand.
Qualifications
* Understanding of good project management practices, and experience delivering work to time, cost and quality requirements.
* Proven experience delivering quality service to internal or external customers, with good communication and ability to build rapport.
* Degree level qualification preferred – engineering, business, economics, or other relevant field.
* Some experience in asset management (industry or consulting) and relevant industry experience in either water/utilities, power, or asset data and information.
* Knowledge or experience of asset-intensive industries, including power, water, rail, government and facilities.
* Desire to develop a network of industry contacts and participate within industry.
Desirable Experience (not Essential)
* Asset management capability assessment and improvement road-mapping.
* Delivering transformational, multi-year programs
* Power sector safety and technical planning, particularly in NSW and VIC
* Asset management software system management or implementation
* Investment business case planning and portfolio prioritisation
