Site Manager Role
This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team and be responsible for the overall profitability of the site. As a Site Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, including ordering, scheduling, training, supervising employees, store image, profits, and controllable expenses.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading and developing a team, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role. They should also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as a team and individually.
About the Position
* Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a large and diverse team to ensure maximum productivity and achieve sales targets.
* Provide exceptional customer service to meet all customer needs.
* Work in a flexible environment with additional hours as required over a 24/7 roster pattern.
* Oversee stock control, security, and loss prevention.
* Maintain an extremely high level of health and safety at all times.
* Ensure site merchandising standards are kept to a high standard.
Requirements
* Skill and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a retail environment, ideally in the fuel/petroleum industry.
* Excellent customer service skills with a positive and enthusiastic approach.
* Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
* Strong work ethic.
* Laboratory-accredited legal entitlement to work in Australia.
