We are seeking a highly motivated skilled person to join our Administration Team.
The role covers most aspects of the busy office environment, including general administration tasks, data entry, accounts, data entry, written and verbal correspondence, liaison with clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities
* Accounts Payable – processing invoices, payments, and receipts
* Purchase Orders – processing and receipt
* Reconciliation of bank accounts
* Engage with customers (mainly via phone)
Work Schedule & Compensation
* Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week).
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Experience using the Jim2 Business Engine would be an advantage.
* Ability to multi-task and problem solve
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skill.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Software suite essential
* Experience using accounting software essential
* Experience using I.T. industry-based software a distinct advantage
* Strong telephone & communication skills, particularly in customer interactions
* Minimum 12 months experience in accounts/administration team
* Must have Australian work authorisation to be eligible for this position.
