Mellor Olsson is seeking a Solicitor with approximately 12–18 months’ post‑admission experience to join our Litigation and Insolvency team in Adelaide. This role is ideal for a lawyer looking to build a strong foundation in litigation within a supportive and diverse practice. About the role You will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers on a range of litigation and insolvency matters, including: Assisting on commercial disputes and insolvency matters Drafting correspondence, pleadings, and court documents Legal research and preparation of advice Exposure to court work and client interaction under supervision About you You will have: 12–18 months’ post‑admission experience Admission to practise in South Australia Previous litigation experience Good drafting and communication skills A proactive and professional approach Why Mellor Olsson?
