Whether you're changing careers or just looking for something more rewarding, our Car to Bus Licence Upgrade Program is your opportunity to join a supportive team and start a career in public transport – no bus driving experience required.
We'll pay you while we train you to upgrade your car licence to a Medium Rigid (MR) licence, followed by a five-week, hands-on induction program.
This includes a mix of classroom and on-road training.
You'll also receive ongoing support over the next 12 months to gain a nationally recognised qualification.

What We're Looking For
Excellent customer service skills and enjoy working with the public
Must hold a Tasmanian Drivers Licence for at least 2 years
Willingness to obtain a Tasmanian Driving Authorisation
Willingness to undertake a pre-employment physical and medical history check
Australian work rights
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
