They are looking for a Mid/Senior
Digital Producer to join their growing Sydney team of Producers and Developers, to work on digital projects for national and international brands in a fast-paced fun and creative agency environment.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Mid/Senior
Digital Producer, you will be responsible for managing projects, scoping, planning, documentation and executing projects and coordinating the work of the digital design and production teams to achieve consistently high-quality outcomes and exceptional levels of client satisfaction.
DUTIES
Be the conduit between the client and internal teams, managing client expectations
Scoping digital projects
Managing production schedules and delivering projects on time and within budget
Managing multiple small-scale projects
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3 years experience as a Digital Producer/Project Manager managing the production of eDM's, banners, microsites, landing pages, and small web and app builds
Agency experience
Ability to take a brief, manage a budget, scope work, prepare and manage documentation and timelines
Experience working on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
UX experience a bonus - wireframing, prototyping, sitemaps
Confident client-facing
Experience with eCommerce platforms
Magento 2 experience is desired
Understanding of the user journey and conversion funnel for eCommerce
Retail client experience a bonus
Experience in producing or assisting in producing websites from inception through to completion
Experience with Jira and other project management tools is beneficial
Possess an excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
