About the Role
As Bottle Shop Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our bottle shop, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and outstanding service.
You'll lead a small team and work closely with venue management to achieve sales and operational targets.
What You're Doing Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control.
Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws and company policies.
Lead, coach, and roster your team for smooth operations.
Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.
Maintain accurate reporting and assist with budgeting.
Foster a positive team culture and clear communication.
What We're Looking For Previous experience in retail or hospitality management (liquor industry experience highly regarded).
Minimum 1-2 years of management experience required.
Forklift license (or be willing to obtain one)
RSA certification must be held before starting in the position.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Ability to manage budgets, stock, and operational targets.
A proactive, hands‑on approach with a focus on customer satisfaction.
