ABOUT THE ROLE
As a JJ's Branch Manager, you will lead our business in the Coffs Coast Region.

Lead the team and champion the day-to-day business functions!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage all functions across multiple sites with 50+ employees
* Plan for and react to change
* Engage, lead and develop the team, and see it through
* Deliver the overall branch strategy
* Drive ongoing improvement initiatives
* Ensure a high-level safety and customer service culture
* Support and motivate the sales team to achieve growth targets
* Ensure compliance with all policies, legal and regulatory requirements
ABOUT YOU
* Experience working in a similar role
* Enjoy getting your hands dirty and leading from the front
* KPI and customer-focused with the ability to perform under pressure
* The ability to prioritise, think laterally and make things happen
* Experience in Transport/Logistics/Mobile Service industry
* Be an approachable and supportive leader
* Well-developed people and time management skills
* Demonstrate the ability to be a quick learner in a fast-paced and varied role
* Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty and commitment
* Ability to learn new internal programs and technology
* Be proactive and strive to upskill
* A commitment to achieving customer service of the highest standard
* Hold or be willing to attain a HR class license
