About The Role
NHP Electrical Engineering is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Merchandiser to join our dynamic Sales team on a
contract basis to cover a Maternity Leave vacancy
.
Reporting to the Wholesale Manager - VIC/TAS, your role responsibilities will include:
* Keeping track of inventory levels and restocking shelves identifying opportunities to increase revenue.
* Collaborating with the sales team to understand sales goals and plan merchandising activities accordingly.
* Addressing and resolving client issues directly related to NHP brand presentation in a timely and efficient manner utilising appropriate internal resources.
* Providing regular updates on Brand status within branches to sales team.
* Implementing promotional activities in line with the marketing team's and regional wholesaler lead's strategies.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with store management and staff.
* Build and maintain data information on customers and competitors utilising CRM.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner to maximize sales and provide a fantastic experience to our customers.
Ideally You Will Have / Be
* Previous experience in similar role – Product Merchandising
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with a range of customers
* An ability to 'listen to the customer' & translate needs into business solutions
* Focused, passionate & willing to go above and beyond
