Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Principal Consultant to bridge the gap between business and technical teams. This individual will guide clients through Workday HCM implementation phases, transforming their existing systems into efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Become an expert in Workday HCM, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation or Talent product design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
* Recommend the best solution based on client requirements, timeframe, and budget.
* Guide clients through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions.
* Engage and support clients throughout all project phases.
* Perform multiple tasks under limited direction while keeping stakeholders informed of changes or progress.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
* Certification in Workday HCM, Core Compensation, and Advanced Compensation or Talent.
* 5+ years of Workday HCM functional implementation experience required.
* 5 years Human Resources, Payroll, or Financial software experience required.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
