Job Description
As a senior property manager, you will be responsible for leading a pod and overseeing a 220-property portfolio. This role requires excellent communication skills, experience in landlord communication, and tenancy legislation.
Key responsibilities include:
* Be the primary point of contact for landlords and maintain excellent client relationships.
* Manage and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and compliance matters.
* Take ownership of conflict resolution between landlords and tenants, including attending QCAT when needed.
* Lead your in-office pod, ensuring efficient workflow and team performance.
This is a senior, landlord-facing role designed for a confident, experienced property professional who loves structure, systems, and strong communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience as a Senior Property Manager or Team Leader.
* Confidence in landlord communication, issue resolution, and tenancy legislation.
* A mature, professional approach with a genuine desire to deliver excellence.
* QLD Real Estate Certificate or Licence.
* Ideal familiarity with AILO (training provided if not) and transitioning systems like Console Cloud.
