Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of engineering projects focused on Microsoft technology integration and applications (excluding infrastructure).
The PM will drive the modernization of Client Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and oversee integration with the Skip platform, ensuring seamless delivery and stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
Lead end-to-end delivery of engineering projects using Microsoft technologies (integration and apps, not infra).
Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets using Jira and other agile tools.
Oversee WMS modernization initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and supply chain strategy.
Integration Management
Drive integration projects with the Skip platform and other supply chain solutions.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure robust, scalable, and secure integrations.
Manage third-party vendors and partners as required.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Translate business requirements into actionable project plans and technical deliverables.
Facilitate workshops, status updates, and issue resolution.
Champion best practices in application delivery, testing, and release management.
Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and mitigate risks proactively.
Drive process improvements and innovation in supply chain technology.
Monitor project outcomes and implement lessons learned for future initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience delivering engineering projects on Microsoft technology stack (integration and apps).
Strong background in project management, with hands-on experience using Jira.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to engage with both technical and business audiences.
Experience in application delivery, testing, and release management.
Demonstrated ability to manage integration projects, preferably with platforms like Skip.
Added advantage: Experience in supply chain, logistics, or WMS modernization programs.
