About The Role
The Executive Assistant is pivotal in ensuring the efficient administrative support and operation of both the Dean of Pedagogy and Innovative Practice and the People and Culture remits. This role provides comprehensive administrative support with a proactive and organised approach in managing a wide range of responsibilities with discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
This is a permanent position, working full-time during the school term plus 4 additional weeks per year across the school holidays (42 weeks per year).
Some key responsibilities of the role include:
• Providing high-level, confidential executive support and organisational assistance to the Dean of Pedagogy and Innovative Practice and the Director of People and Culture
• Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, memos, and notices
• Maintain relevant databases and systems management
• Development of high-level documents including presentations, strategic and operational reports, and publications.
• Provide high-level administrative support including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel logistics
• Draft, review, and edit correspondence and documents as needed with confidentiality and integrity.
About You
• Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in office administration and/or Executive Assistant's role
• Certificate IV in Administration Management and/or Diploma or Advance Diploma is desired
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the demonstrable ability to deal with confidential information discreetly
• Confident and professional telephone etiquette, ensuring effective communication in all interactions.
• Aptitude for prioritising tasks, organising workflows, and meeting deadlines while upholding professional standards.
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications and the ability to learn new systems in a timely manner.
