About the role
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Farm Manager to oversee operations on our Henderson Farm in the Hopeland, WA (Postcode: 6125) area.
Responsibilities
* Monitoring and reporting on KPIs and operational metrics.
* Leading, training, and motivating a team of 6–8 staff to achieve excellence in a professional and commercial environment.
* Driving continuous improvement in animal welfare, productivity, quality, and environmental practices.
* Adhering to relevant legislation and company policies, including biosecurity, safety, and environmental standards.
* Building strong working relationships with company representatives and external stakeholders.
* Managing bird growing requirements using advanced shed management techniques.
* Ensuring farm presentation and standards remain at the highest level.

About You
* Experience managing broiler farm operations.
* Strong leadership and team development skills, with a proven track record of achieving operational excellence.
* A proactive, detail‐oriented, and hands‐on approach to farm management.
* High regard for Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards, promoting a positive WHS culture.
* Physical fitness to perform farm duties, supported by a pre‐employment functional assessment (including drug and alcohol testing).
* The right to work in Australia.
