Responsibilities
* Oversee the comprehensive maintenance and repair operations of vehicles and ground support equipment, including diagnostic troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and timely repairs.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to safety standards, optimize equipment performance, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
* Repair, modify, and troubleshoot all ground equipment, company vehicles, and machinery in local and overseas regions as requested. Investigate and diagnose source of trouble, disassemble equipment, and perform repairs.
* Evaluate periodically the operational requirements and performances, equipment, vehicles and tools to manage the cost.
* Conduct operational planning and scheduling, assist in inspecting and accepting vehicles and equipment, and arrange disposition of vehicles under manager's direction.
* Maintain a clean, safe work area in accordance with corporate standards; ensure that company tools and equipment are properly used and that all employees observe safety rules and maintain a safe and orderly work area.
* Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and service histories for each vehicle and piece of equipment, maintaining organized documentation for compliance and reference.
* Monitor and manage inventory levels of spare parts, fluids, and consumables required for maintenance and repairs, ensuring adequate supplies are available to support operations.
* May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
Education
* Technical diploma or equivalent in automobile engineering or related fields.
* License to operate GSE vehicles.
Experience
* Standard: Three (3) years of experience working with automotive or heavy equipment.
* Senior: Four (4) years of experience working with automotive or heavy equipment.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* Good knowledge of automotive mechanics, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems.
* High accuracy and attention to detail.
* Great planning and organizing skills.
* Excellent team‐working skills.
