The Manufacturing Engineering Manager – Product Integration ensures that products released to manufacturing are manufacturable, capable of achieving required quality levels, and optimised for cost and production repeatability.You will lead Design for Manufacture (DFM) and contribute to Design for Quality (DFQ) during product development, working closely with Product Development Engineering, Product Integration, Quality, and Supply Chain, as well as external manufacturing partners.This role is about identifying manufacturing risk early, improving production capability, and ensuring designs translate successfully from engineering into repeatable, high-quality production.What You'll Be Responsible ForLeading DFM reviews during product developmentSupporting DFQ and manufacturing risk identificationReviewing designs, assemblies, and manufacturing methods for production readinessWorking with engineering teams to resolve manufacturability risks earlyAssessing and improving supplier manufacturing capabilitySupporting new product introduction and transition to productionImproving production yield, quality, and repeatabilityAbout YouDegree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials Engineering, or similar~7+ years in manufacturing engineering, industrialisation, or NPIExperience working with external manufacturers / contract manufacturersExperience supporting products from development through to productionStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, assembly, and process capabilityPractical, collaborative, and solutions-focusedWhy FliteWork on world-class, high-performance productsGlobal business with strong growth ambitionsHighly collaborative, product-led engineering environmentLifestyle-based location and passionate team
