Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join our team in a critical support role. You'll support key leaders and contribute to business delivery.
Responsibilities
You will provide day‐to‐day support to senior leaders, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing reports and documents, and facilitating communication across the organization.
Qualifications
* Excellent time management and prioritising skills with the ability to proactively anticipate challenges
* Discretion and confidentiality when working with high‐level management
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective and inclusive relationships
* Previous experience in a PA/administration/project support role, working independently and as part of a team
* Excellent computer skills and intermediate capability with the Microsoft Office suite of programs
* Proven experience in stakeholder engagement – working closely with internal teams from undergraduates through to regional managers, and serving as an ambassador for our Adelaide office
* Sound judgment and the ability to find solutions to problems
* Ability to collaborate with the entire team
