Job Title: Finance & Payroll Coordinator – Multi-Entity
We're seeking a detail-focused and proactive finance professional to support the day-to-day accounting and payroll operations across our group of growing small businesses.
This is a pivotal role where you'll own the full cycle of accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and reporting across multiple entities. You'll work closely with our senior finance teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with awards and entitlements.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end accounts payable & receivable for multiple small businesses
* Process and validate payroll in Xero, ensuring compliance with awards & EBAs
* Manage cashflow reporting and supplier payments
* Collaborate with operations teams to streamline finance processes
* Assist with BAS, superannuation, and audit prep
* Use cloud-based tools including Xero, Hubdoc, and Volopay
Requirements:
* Strong experience in AP/AR, payroll, and multi-entity finance
* Confidence navigating modern awards and interpreting pay conditions
* Detail-focused, proactive, and used to working in dynamic small teams
* Enjoy supporting process improvement and cross-functional collaboration
