Program Facilitator
We are seeking Program Facilitators to deliver structured activities for children during our School Holiday Program in January.
* Set up and pack down equipment as required.
* Prepare function spaces for use in accordance with the program's needs.
* Create engaging session plans and lead relevant programs tailored to the age group of the participants.
* Provide close supervision to participants at all times.
* Report any incidents promptly and administer first aid when necessary.
Necessary qualities:
* Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout the day.
* Work independently with minimal supervision.
* Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks while communicating clearly with team members and managers.
* Promote Lords programs actively.
A valid Working with Children check is an essential requirement for this role.
