Job Title: Senior Podiatrist
About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Podiatrist to join our multidisciplinary high-risk foot service. As a clinical leader, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centered care, managing complex cases across acute and sub-acute settings, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide podiatric care as part of a multidisciplinary team in a sub-acute step-down service.
* Identify and lead quality improvement activities, clinical supervision, professional development, and complete required administrative tasks.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* Current general Podiatry registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge and experience in managing high-risk foot pathologies, including evidence-based practice.
* Proven ability to supervise, support, and educate staff and/or students in a clinical setting.
* Strong communication, time management, and computer literacy skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Experience in planning, implementing, and evaluating service delivery and quality improvement initiatives.
