Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Parts Interpreter to join our successful team.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the service team by accurately identifying, ordering and making available parts required for service repair work.
* Liaise with Original Equipment Manufacturers on matters of concern.
* Identify integration issues with the centralized parts operation and work towards resolving them.
* Re-engineer systems and processes to drive business effectiveness and ease of customer interaction.
Requirements
* Experience working in a Parts environment with previous interpretation experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Deep knowledge of the automotive industry and Aftersales workshop environment.
* Strong teamwork and adaptability skills.
* Ability to collaborate with sales and service teams to maximise results.
* Exceptional time management, prioritisation, communication, problem solving and planning skills.
* A valid driver's licence.
