Workforce Health Assessors (WHA) offer a range of occupational health screening services to support businesses screen and manage the ongoing health of their workforce. We specialise in pre-employment and ongoing health assessments and provide our clients with timely assessments to suit their health screening needs.
About the role:
As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for a full-time Health Assessor to join our established clinic in the South of the State.
Health assessors utilise their skills in physical assessment to conduct pre-employment medicals and support candidates throughout the medical assessment process. In this role, you will:
* Conduct face to face Pre-employment and Exit medicals which cover musculoskeletal and functional tests, hearing, vision, spirometry, and drug and alcohol screening.
* Complete reports, provide recommendations around fitness for specified work roles and arrange additional testing.
* Maintain room/equipment including sanitisation and hygiene requirements in line with protocols.
* Participate in quality management projects as required.
* Conduct general administration and reporting.

To be successful, you must possess the following essential requirements:
* AHPRA Registration.
* Current National Police Check.
* Current Working with Vulnerable People Check.

* Strong computer and systems skills, written skills and accuracy.
