About the role
As a Solar PV Installer at Solar Suite, you will join a dynamic team responsible for the construction of solar system kits at an assembly site in Geraldton. The role will include heavy lifting, working in a team and using power tools such as impact drivers. This is a full-time role.
We have multiple positions available, as we are building a team and ideally suited candidates already located in the Geraldton area.
Applicants with electrical and/or solar experience will be highly considered but is not essential. Applicants with a forklift or heavy vehicle qualification beneficial.
What you\'ll be doing
- Assisting with the installation of solar panels, inverters, and other components.
- Performing general labouring duties such as site preparation, equipment handling, and clean-up.
- Working closely with solar technicians and electricians to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Complete all tasks in a safe manner according to company policies and procedures, and comply at all times with company induction and safety training and Safe Work Method Statements.
- Assist team members as needed, and contribute to team harmony and effective and efficient operation.
- Materials handling of solar products, such as pallets of solar panels for use at the assembly plant and unloading/loading trucks.

- Desirable experience in a labour or construction role
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- A valid driver\'s licence and reliable transportation
- Positions also available for Electricians and/or Solar experience
