We are looking for a dedicated, supportive and organised person to join our team as the Volunteer and Visitor Services Manager. This dynamic and fulfilling position is a crucial role in the successful engagement and management of over 300 registered volunteers, ensuring they are effectively supported, valued, and contribute meaningfully to the National Arboretum Canberra and Stromlo Forest Park. You will take the lead in recruiting, training, managing and celebrating our amazing volunteers. You will also supervise and support the Visitor Services Coordinator, who manages a pool of casual and part time visitor services staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality visitor experiences on site at the National Arboretum Canberra. If you have excellent interpersonal skills, are motivated, organised, collaborative and patient, with a genuine appreciation for volunteers, we want to meet you!
