The Role
As our Paid Media Coordinator you will execute the paid media campaigns and channels, in conjunction with the media planner, agencies and global media team, driving achievement of media channel specific KPIs as well as business targets for brand awareness, traffic and revenue.
1. Brief paid media creative assets (digital and traditional, including LAM media assets) in line with the media plans and channel/campaign objectives
2. Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting of paid digital media channel performance
3. Assist in the Roll out of all global paid media strategies, objective, tests and processes locally
4. Assist in local execution of global media test and optimisation plan/programs
5. Identify (via reporting tools, global or agency feedback) any underperforming campaigns/channels and work with media planner to improve performance and/or to recommend budget reallocation
6. Assist in maintaining phasing and budget reconciliation across AU and NZ
7. Identify (via reporting tools, global or agency feedback) any overperforming campaigns/channels and work with agency to provide recommendations on how to further capitalise on these opportunities
8. Attend agency WIP and global calls as required
You Have
9. Demonstrated experience in marketing (1-3 years)
10. Experience of working in Retail and E-commerce sector
11. High attention to detail
12. Developed written and verbal communication skills
13. Consumer focused with excellent time management skills
