The 9‐month contract is based in Victoria. You will be part of a small, high‐functioning, collaborative team and work closely with the broader Victorian Extremities team to provide clinical support for upper‐limb surgical procedures. We will provide training on our products, but what is most important is your desire to succeed and delight our customers.

Responsibilities

* Providing clinical support for orthopaedic surgical procedures in theatre
* Building relationships with key surgeons and their nursing staff by way of training, education, and clinical case support
* Ensuring that all surgical cases are properly equipped with the required instrument kits, implants, and user guide as per each customer's requirements
* Conducting regular hospital in‐services on instrument sets to operating room and central sterilisation department personnel
* Maintaining and monitoring monthly in‐service records on your accounts to ensure records are current
* Achieving an agreed revenue target by identifying and gaining business from new and existing surgeons

Qualifications

* Experience in a clinical or theatre environment or a background in nursing, physiotherapy or chiropractic is preferred but not essential
* A tertiary education in a related medical field such as physiotherapist, paramedic, biomedical engineer, science (anatomy) or nursing is ideal
* Direct experience working in an operating theatre environment (preferred)
* Resilience and versatility: you can work autonomously or in a team and are passionate about providing first‐class customer service
* Current driver's licence (essential) and flexibility to travel in Victoria, predominantly in the Melbourne southeast region
* Participation in a rotating on‐call roster for after‐hours and weekend case support
