What you'll do:
* Develop and implement safety management plans aligned with client requirements, ensuring risk mitigation and compliance.
* Facilitate High Risk workshops and provide onsite guidance to assess and manage safety issues.
* Conduct daily site inspections, report findings, and follow up on corrective actions.
* Manage incident reporting, investigations, injury management, and Return to Work plans.
* Review and ensure compliance of subcontractor safety documentation, and maintain updated records in Hammertech.
Who you are:
* 5+ years of construction site-based experience in safety roles, with a passion for creating safe workplaces.
* Diploma or Cert IV in Occupational Health and Safety, and knowledge of relevant legislation.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders.
* Well-developed time management, organisational skills, and experience with Hammertech.
