* Proven experience implementing and delivering change initiatives end-to-end, including complex change programs. Experience with platform roll out is desirable.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts effectively.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
