We are seeking a Lead Cost Estimator to join our INPEX Development team in Perth on an Employee 2 Year Max Term contract. Join us in helping shape a brighter energy future.
Key responsibilities include:
Responsible for project CAPEX estimation activities for capital projects in INPEX Australia, as well as coordinating economics studies with Commercial team & Project team.
Provide cost estimation support to other departments as needed.
Responsible for performing cost risk analysis.
Assist Project team in preparing the project development budget.
Responsible for integration of cost information i.e. Drillex, Facility CAPEX, OPEX. In addition, responsible for maintaining LOF cost phasing.
Responsible for preparation of cost estimation reports and methodology document.
Cost data & norms storage in the system for future projects.
Responsible for conducting cost benchmarking and providing market intelligence.
Successful candidates will have the following:
Demonstratable experience of cost estimation within oil and gas projects
PMP strongly preferred
Proficient with Project Management
Ability to collaborate well with other team members
Ability to multi-task
This role is for applicants residing in or willing to relocate to Perth.
