As a Registered Nurse with our organization, you will be tasked with providing immediate support and stabilization for patients in urgent need. Your role will involve working in essential settings to deliver vital services where they are needed most.
Key Responsibilities
* Intake & Triage: Manage crisis situations in high-pressure environments, delivering timely interventions to address patient needs.
* Inpatient: Deliver day-to-day care for patients in recovery, including medication administration, assessment, and collaborative care planning.
* Community: Support patients in their own communities by offering case management, follow-up care, and continuity that drives meaningful outcomes.
Clinical skills can be honed and professional connections built while living and working in Fremantle. AHPRA registration is required, as well as 2+ years of mental health nursing experience with strong case management background.
