Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and operational delivery of human resource related services to support employee lifecycle stages
* Act as a first point of contact for human resources enquiries and administer the HR Helpdesk
* Assist the human resources team by providing administration support across all stages of the recruitment process
* Prepare letters of offer, conditions of employment, and employment contracts for review and approval
* Administration of employee records and business system modules to accurately reflect employee movements
