About the Business
The business is a leader in its category operating from its South West manufacturing facility. After many years of capital investment and growth the business is bolstering its process engineering department on site.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Technical Services the Process Engineer will be based at the Ingleburn site and be responsible for engineering improvements across the site. With 25+ lines and half of those operating 24/7 the role will be varied and high paced. Your role will be to improve performance of existing lines and help introduce new products into manufacture. You will:
* Analyse existing processes and identify improvement opportunities
* Implement Continuous Improvement methodologies focused on yield and output
* Lead root cause analysis around non conformance and quality issues
* Work closely with production, technical and maintenance to enhance site equipment effectiveness
* Ensure manufacturing processes comply with HACCP and GMP standards whilst ensuring new processes are designed and validated
* Develop more advanced reporting tools, dashboards and metrics related to equipment performance
About You
You are a proven Process/ Chemical Engineer with a related tertiary qualification in Engineering. Your experience has been gained across projects, reliability and process engineering within a large automated food, beverage or FMCG environment.

Circa $140,000‐$150,000 + super
