A Principal Business Analyst is required to lead and manage analysis, documentation, and evaluation of business processes, services, and roles within a complex digital system in a clinical healthcare environment.
The successful candidate will establish new services and ensure smooth transitions to business-as-usual operations.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in leading business analysis activities, preferably in the healthcare industry, and knowledge of business analysis techniques and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading business process modelling activities for large organisations using BPMN
* Providing advice on business analysis techniques and methodologies aligned with BABOK Version 3.0
* Leading and mentoring a multi-disciplinary team to develop effective working relationships with stakeholders
Requirements:
* Experience in leading business analysis activities, preferably in the healthcare industry
* Knowledge of business analysis techniques and methodologies
