**National Service Delivery Manager**

Grace is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to lead our service delivery activities and ensure they remain fit for purpose to meet the high expectations of our customers.
**What will you be doing?**
Working with the Service Delivery Managers and their teams across Australia, you will provide people, strategic and operational leadership to drive performance and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Working on a national scale, you will monitor and refresh our customer service strategies, identify potential service issues and act to mitigate or avoid any impact to the customer. Monitoring our key performance indicators will give you a framework to identify and drive ongoing performance improvement opportunities in process, reporting, product and any other areas which impact our customer experience.
This is a key role for the organisation, working alongside our senior operational management teams, and will give you the opportunity to exercise your skills in leading teams, coaching and mentoring, training to close knowledge gaps and analytically creating performance plans. It's also the opportunity to have enormous job satisfaction from genuinely pleasing our customers.
- Have successful experience in both B2B and B2C channels
- Demonstrate the ability to lead a national team and contribute positively to a team environment
- Demonstrate the ability to analyse outcomes, translate those into development plans and influence others to support your actions
- Demonstrate your ability, and that of your teams, to be an advocate for the customer
- Have strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills
- Be a great organiser, have strong administration skills and balance competing priorities to meet deadlines
- Have the ability to travel interstate as required
