This is your prospect to work amongst a hub of local cafes and restaurants. Currently seeking a Property Manager, this team works well together in servicing beautiful houses and apartments. With loads of support from the directors, Leasing Team & admin team, this role will suit someone who is looking to thrive in a busy environment and pass on their experience to internal juniors.
The Role:
Monday – Friday role
Managing 180 properties, the portfolio is local to the Inner West
Leasing consultant/property officer for support – this person does the leasing & ingoings
Landlords & tenant correspondence
Repairs & maintenance
Outgoing inspections
Arrears control
The Candidate:
Previous experience as a Property Manager
The ability to work well in a team
We are looking for someone who can train their junior
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
A valid driver's license
Robust administration and communication skills
The Perks:
Paying up to $100K including super, dependent on experience
