About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven B2B Marketing Manager to lead our business-to-business marketing initiatives across the Australian market. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive lead generation, strengthen brand presence, and support sales growth. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and experienced in demand generation within the Australian B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Campaign Management

* Develop and execute the B2B marketing strategy for the Australian market.
* Plan and deliver integrated multi-channel campaigns (email, social, paid media, content, events).
* Manage the annual marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI.
* Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.

Demand Generation & Sales Enablement

* Partner closely with the sales team to support lead nurturing and pipeline development.
* Build and optimise lead generation funnels using CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
* Create sales enablement materials such as case studies, pitch decks, and industry insights.

Content & Brand Marketing

* Oversee content development including blogs, whitepapers, reports, video scripts, and website assets.
* Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing touchpoints.
* Manage website updates, SEO efforts, and landing page optimisation.

Events & Partnerships

* Plan and manage B2B events such as trade shows, webinars, roundtables, and conferences.
* Establish and maintain relationships with industry partners, associations, and external agencies.
* Identify and develop co-marketing opportunities.

Analytics & Reporting

* Track and report on campaign performance using relevant KPIs.
* Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Monitor metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, CPL, CAC, and pipeline influence.

Key Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in Australia.
* Proven experience delivering successful demand generation campaigns.
* Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms.
* Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
* Strong analytical and project management abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in technology, SaaS, professional services, industrial or similar sectors is preferred.

Preferred Skills

* Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing).
* Familiarity with Australian B2B buying trends and industry behaviours.
* Experience with digital advertising platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
* Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
