The Logistics Project Advisor is responsible for optimizing freight and transport operations. This involves identifying and implementing efficiency improvements in fleet planning, scheduling, and overall transport usage to support cost-effective and reliable logistics performance.

Key responsibilities include:

* Aggregating road freight demand across all demand sources.

* Ensuring optimization of heavy vehicle usage with a lean focus.

* Supporting the review and analysis of monthly transport invoices.

* Tracking transport budget spend and assisting in the preparation and submission of operating budget proposals.

* Identifying opportunities for process improvement, waste removal, and cost reduction.
">
* Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to reduce manual activities and automate processes.
">
* Providing technical data advisory support for road transport.
">
* Optimizing integrated planning for material delivery by coordinating contractors and end-users.

Requirements:

Knowledge of freight forwarding, customs, and road transport.

Proven experience in optimizing coordination of logistics and integrated scheduling activities.

Strong stakeholder management skills, internal and external.

Commercial mindset for performance management, including utilization.

Safety leadership.

Understanding of regulations and standards applicable to end-to-end material movements.

Capable of learning supply chain software.
