A large, complex organisation with a national footprint is seeking an experienced People Partner to support its Corporate client group. This is a senior, hands‐on role partnering closely with executive and senior leaders to deliver practical people solutions in a regulated, fast‐moving environment. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will act as a trusted adviser to the Corporate leadership team, providing end‐to‐end support across the employee lifecycle while contributing to broader People & Culture priorities. The rolePartner with senior leaders to deliver people strategies aligned to business and organisational priorities. Provide expert advice across employee relations and industrial relations, including performance management, grievances, investigations and absence management. Support enterprise agreement and consultation activity, working closely with legal and senior stakeholders. Lead and embed core people processes, including engagement, performance and remuneration cycles. Drive organisational development initiatives such as workforce planning, role design and change activity. Support talent development, succession planning and leadership capability uplift. Use people data and insights to identify trends, manage risk and inform decision‐making. Work collaboratively with the broader People & Culture team to deliver enterprise‐wide initiatives within the Corporate client group. About youA track record of supporting senior executives in complex, mid‐to‐large organisations. Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation, modern awards and enterprise agreements. Proven capability managing complex ER matters with sound judgement and a practical, commercial approach. Confidence operating in environments experiencing change and competing priorities. Strong stakeholder management skills with a clear, direct communication style. A collaborative mindset and the ability to balance local client needs with enterprise consistency. A tertiary qualification in human resources, business or a related discipline is expected. Some travel is required, along with a current driver's licence.
