About the Role
We are seeking a motivated individual with a background in administration and a customer-centric focus.
Responsibilities
Providing high-quality customer service and general administrative support.
Coordinating data entry, databases, and systems.
Managing records and document control.
Liaising with external suppliers to obtain quotes and manage procurement requirements.
Communicating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
Assisting with accounts payable processes.
Providing meeting support, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and organising venues and catering.
General stores and procurement tasks.
Participating in incident management support roles, aligned with your experience and qualifications.
About You
Motivation and enthusiasm with demonstrated administration experience and excellent attention to detail.
Efficient computer skills including working knowledge of Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint, Word – knowledge of finance applications will be a bonus).
Experience interacting with people at all levels and be able to work with minimal supervision in a proactive manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Adaptability, positive attitude, willingness to learn and a desire to demonstrate initiative.
Self-motivation and a willingness to pitch in where needed.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills and a proactive and autonomous approach.
Please note, some travel and after-hours work may be required for this role.
