St Vincent's Private Melbourne is a facility of St Vincent's Health Australia under the stewardship of Mary Aikenhead Ministries. It is a not‐for‐profit Catholic private hospital operating across four sites in Fitzroy, East Melbourne, Kew and Werribee.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Officer with exceptional communication and administrative skills to join the team at the St Vincent's Fitzroy Cardiovascular Centre. This fast‐paced role requires excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a strong patient focus.
Key Responsibilities
* Greeting patients and their families on arrival into hospital
* Booking appointments for SVPHM's inpatient and outpatient services
* Involved in invoicing and payments for outpatient services
* Assisting with admission and discharge of patients to the Cardiovascular Centre
Requirements
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Proven attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment
* Previous experience in a customer service healthcare environment (desirable)
* Previous experience in patient record databases (IBA preferred)
