About the team
Our Technology team is the backbone of the business, building and maintaining information technology infrastructure that supports Coles Group. As part of the Technology team, you get the opportunity to work through complex problems using data sets and new technologies to expand your skills and experience.
About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for providing Project Management across exciting projects within the Corporate Technology space such as: - Affairs, Company Secretary, Investor Relations, Safety, Risk and Compliance, Legal and Sustainability.
You will be a key player in ensuring the management and delivery of various projects ranging in size and complexity with the ability to provide technical solutions and guidance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will co-ordinate and communicate with team members at all levels within the organisation as well as external vendors and partners.
About you and your skills
• At least 5 years in IT/Technical project management or other senior delivery roles
• Proven Project Management skills managing Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Communication, Risk, Procurement, Stakeholder Management and Integration
• Experience with delivery of projects through Agile methodologies
• Successfully managed complex projects that involve multiple functional areas, teams, technologies and critical systems.
• Deliver complex initiatives spanning multiple business and IT areas, to achieve business objectives
• Establish and follow lean processes to ensure high productivity, engagement and governance
• Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure expectations for delivery are met or managed appropriately.
