Our client provide solutions for Essential Safety Measures and Facilities Management across Victoria, and are now seeking a Maintenance Coordinator, to coordinate and handle all bookings for work.
This is a newly created position to due to business expansion, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm
Main responsibilities will include;
- Answering phones (office phone but not reception system)
- Communicating with clients
- Preparing quotes
- Processing reports and invoices - main function of this role
- Liasing with Director of Operations daily/weekly/monthly
- Other duties as directed
You will need to display experience in;
- Microsoft office
- MYOB
- Use of industry specific software (Uptick) - ability to learn new systems quickly - good understanding of computers
- Maintenance of information stored in software (Uptick)
- Marketing experience (desirable) - not a requirement
