We are a brand-new Early Education Centre opening in Mernda. The centre is about to be completed with an opening of early 2026.
We are looking for an experienced Centre Director and Assistant Director for the centre.
Here at One Early Education we are creating a unique and robust educational program for our families and children to experience.
We are looking for our start up team of amazing, passionate team members that are driven to create a beautiful team cultural.
You will be all about the "we" - about recognising, cultivating and developing individual strengths and working with the positive. You'll understand that Early Childhood education plays a critical part in creating the citizens of tomorrow – and you'll know and understand that our early childhood environment needs to be a progressive, compassionate and safe place for children to belong, being and becoming.
Our environment is a purpose built, state of the art learning environment. We will be implementing a series of enrichment programs, including nutrition, mindfulness, art, and sporting, to offer an incredible service to our families.

We understand our responsibilities and statutory duty of care to comply with both the Victorian Child Safe Standards and the Reportable Conduct Scheme to build our capacity as an organisation to prevent and respond to allegations of child abuse. We have a dedicated Child Safety and Wellbeing Policy which explains our service's approach to meeting the Standards. Minimum Requirements for Centre Director
5 years experience managing an Early Childhood Centre
Working with Children Check (must be employee)
First Aid (ACECQA recognised course code)
Asthma Management (ACECQA recognised course code)
Anaphylaxis Management (ACECQA recognised course code)
Child protection training
Passion for Early Education
The drive to learn and develop

Experience as an Assistant Director in an Early Childhood Centre
Working with Children Check (must be employee)

Asthma Management (ACECQA recognised course code)
